Halotherapy is a drug free and completely natural treatment with no side effects. It takes place in a dry, sterile, and hermetic environment that recreates a natural microclimate identical to ancient salt caves and salt mines. This special microclimate was found to have beneficial effects with the following:

- chronic bronchitis
- allergies
- skin conditions, such as psoriasis, eczema, and acne
Halotherapy, due to the antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties of salt, can also be used as a preventative therapy.
Sunday is family day in the Salt Cave. Call or Book online Sundays between 3pm and 5pm and bring your kids for free. Children can enjoy playing in the salt and hunting for crystals.

Dry Heat Infrared Sauna
Dry Heat Infrared sauna benefits are tremendous. Some of the health benefits include detoxification, relaxation, weight loss, lowering blood pressure, pain relief, and blood purification. Detox from our Sunlighten Sauna is 7 to 10 times greater than a conventional sauna because it operates more effectively at temperatures 60 to 80 degrees lower than conventional saunas. Dry Heat saunas operate between 120 and 145 degress Fahrenheit. In our Sunlighten Sauna, the average person sweats out 20% toxins and 80% water!
In a conventional sauna the average person sweats out 3% toxins and 97% water. Studies have shown a 30 minute far infrared sauna session can burn up to 200-600 calories. Heating of muscles with far infrared produces an increased blood flow level similar to that seen during exercise. Body temperature elevation also produces an increase in blood flow. Infrared heat assists in resolution of inflammatory infiltrates, edema and exudates. The increased peripheral circulation provides the transport needed to help evacuate the edema which can help end inflammation, decrease pain and help speed healing. Ionic Detox Foot Bath
Neutralizing and eliminating toxins from the body with ions. Ionic detox foot baths work by sending a small current that goes in a circuit through the body and generates negatively charged ions in the water. Myofascial Release Treatment
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hand-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Traditional medicine treats symptoms, not the root cause. Traditional and alternative therapies release only the elastic and muscular component of the myofascial complex, resulting in temporary changes. In John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Method restrictions are held at the barrier for 3-5 minutes or longer. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (facia) to elongate, “melt” and unravel myofascial restrictions, essentially removing the “straight jacket” from the system, and open up channels of communication.
First treatment must be 1,5 hours and includes consultation.
